But now after the guidelines issued by the UGC, the Uttarakhand State Government has decided that from October 1, the work of teaching and learning will start regularly in all the colleges of the state. In this regard, Higher Education Minister Dhan Singh at the Secretariat on Saturday. The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Rawat. It was decided in the meeting that from September 1, all the colleges in the state would open and from October 1, the work of teaching would be started in all the colleges. However, the work of teaching will be done according to the guidelines issued by the Central Government and the guidelines issued by the UGC to protect against Kovid-19. At the same time, Higher Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat said that colleges could not be opened regularly only after the knock of corona infection. Although online studies were going on from some colleges, but now after the release of the guidelines of the UGC, the state government has decided that from October 1, the work of teaching will be started in all the schools of the state.

देहरादून – एक अक्टूबर से प्रदेश के सभी महाविद्यालयों में पठन-पाठन का कार्य नियमित रूप से शुरू किया जाएगा । वैश्विक महामारी कोरोना संक्रमण की दस्तक के बाद से ही प्रदेश के सभी महाविद्यालय नियमित रूप से संचालित नहीं हो पा रहे थे। यही नहीं, कुछ कॉलेजों से ऑनलाइन मध्यान से पठन-पाठन का कार्य किया जा रहा था। लेकिन अब यूजीसी की ओर से जारी गाइडलाइन के बाद उत्तराखंड राज्य सरकार ने फैसला लिया है कि एक अक्टूबर से प्रदेश के सभी महाविद्यालयों में पठन-पाठन का कार्य नियमित रूप से शुरू हो जाएगा।इस सिलसिले में शनिवार को सचिवालय में उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री धन सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया कि एक सितंबर से प्रदेश के सभी महाविद्यालय खुल जाएंगे और एक अक्टूबर से सभी महाविद्यालयों में पठन-पाठन का कार्य शुरू कर दिया जाएगा। हालांकि, कोविड-19 से बचाव के लिए जारी केंद्र सरकार की गाइडलाइन और यूजीसी की ओर से जारी गाइडलाइन के अनुरूप ही पठन-पाठन का कार्य किया जाएगा।

वहीं, उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि कोरोना संक्रमण की दस्तक के बाद से ही नियमित रूप से महाविद्यालय नहीं खोले जा सकते थे। हालांकि, कुछ कॉलेजों की ओर से ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई चल रही थी लेकिन अब यूजीसी की गाइडलाइन जारी होने के बाद राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि एक अक्टूबर से प्रदेश के सभी विद्यालयों में पठन-पाठन का कार्य शुरू कर दिया जाएगा।
